About me

I started playing golf at the age of 5 and by the age of 11, I had my first junior golf membership and a handicap of 17. Over the years, I progressed down to a 2 handicap before turning professional in 2008. I have played in numerous Pro-am’s and PGA Regional Events and have two professional tournament victories. From an early age however, I knew my passion for golf was in coaching and helping others fulfil their potential and achieve their goals.

I joined the team at Marriott Hanbury Manor Hotel and Country Club in January 2008, where I commenced my degree training with the PGA to enable me to pursue my career in coaching. I graduated in 2011 and have been helping all ages and levels of ability improve their game since. Being based at a championship golf venue, I am able to do the majority of my coaching on the golf course itself, giving golfers a more realistic experience to learn the game.

In 2015, I also joined the Hertfordshire County Coaching Team as a Development Coach for the U14's Boys and more recently in 2019, became The First Team Coach for Haileybury school in Hertford as well.

I am always looking to improve my coaching knowledge and I continue to work with England National Golf Coach Paul Ashwell on a regular basis to fine-tune my skills both as a golfer and as a coach.
